P.R.A.C., INC. is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that was founded in May of 2002. Our mission is to prepare low to moderate income people for an enhanced quality of life by empowering them with Decent Affordable Housing, Land Planning, Development, and Enrichment Programs to help change the community one heart at a time.

We have worked alongside with Municipalities, Corporations, Churches, Community Groups, and Residents to help revitalize communities.

In our 9 years of service we have built, renovated, and developed approximately 50 units, provided financial literacy workshops, consulted with homeowners on various issues (purchase, foreclosure,etc), and provided workshops to promote self sufficiency.

We are involved with the project from the infant stage (design) until the home is transferred to the homeowner. Our organization thrives on providing a great product for the consumer. This is why we take a genuine interest when designing our homes. Our team uses Auto Cad & Punch 3000 to design layouts and has an engineer to modify the plans to meet all code requirements. We use Respec or Spec writer software to produce our estimates and specifications. The Agency holds a LEAD license and can do workups and other lead related work to improve healthy living.
