P.R.AC., Inc. (Planning Rehabilitation in America's Communities, Inc.) is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization that was founded in May of 2002. Our Mission is to prepare low to moderate income people for an enhanced quality of life, by empowering them with comprehensive Financial Education, Decent Affordable Housing, Enrichment Programs, and Neighborhood Development.
